Van Brunt Stillhouse is named after one of the founding fathers of Breukelen. He and his family farmed the land along the Gowanus Creek and helped forge the borough that became Brooklyn. Van Brunt Stillhouse produces hand-crafted spirits on the Red Hook waterfront. This is a wheated bourbon made with 65% organic New York State corn. This American classic is carefully made with only the best ingredients. It's bold and full-bodied with pronounced woodsy aromas and hints of caramel and coconut.
