Sobieski is the top premium brand of vodka coming out of Poland; produced from rye, it has been distilled since 1864. This base vodka has an aroma that is light and fruity and a taste that is smooth, clean and light, virtually tasteless with the slightest hints of freshly harvested rye. It finishes with a semi-dry fruit in a very short burst that leaves the palate refreshingly clean.
